After two months..

.. I am here again! Hello everyone! It is middle of the March and we are having snow again. I can´t believe! We have already brought chairs and tables to our terrace, and now they are completely covered with snow. Huh.. The good news is that towards the weather forcast it will soon be warm and sunny , here in Zagreb. Yeees! I am happy about that!

 

Snow moments 2013. In the beginning it was romantic and beautiful, but now it is .. enough .. You know what I mean - hello Spring!!!!

I want to share with you some photos of how I spent past two months. I took a break to focus myself more on my private life. After six years of running my own business, working constantly, especially hard in circumstances of economic crisis which hit our country badly, I became really exhausted and needed a pause.

 

 I took this time to breathe, eat, sleep and didn´t want to think about stress. I visited my family and my sister, with whom I spent nice time cooking, and of course eating all this yummy stuff we baked.

 

 

 

 

For the  beginning of new year, I decided I ´ll try much more to find free time in my working day and spend it the best I can. As a result I started drawing again. I am doing this only for enjoying myself right now.. The drawings are not for selling, but who knows where it would lead me in the future. I am happy because I returned to my old passion - illustration. I have neglected it for too long. Another change and happy news is that I decided to be much more involved in work of non profit organization and started with one great project. I ´ll talk to you about it in my future posts, but now I just want to give you a short notice that it is going to be about sustainable, green fashion.

 

 

I remember every day how I am blessed with beautiful partner, family and friends and thank God every day for that. I am thankful for the strength to go through rough times and thankful for the opportunity to do the things I love and be a part of big creative society.

 

It was nice feeling to find time these days and make a gift to a dear friend. She had this lovely embroidered jeans that she never wore, so I turned them into practical hobo bag.  She was delighted and I enjoyed.

SICK ON FRIDAY..

 Grrr.. prehlada i još na petak! Ne sviđa mi se tako nešto! Ok, već je treći dan tako da je sad već dosadna. Ipak, posao ne smije stati. Fotka iz faze prije šivanja i jedan brzi pozdrav, jurim dalje!.. i da.. škicnite kad stignete na Krpu. Ekipa je složila nekoliko zanimljivih outfita, a tu je AMARADI torbica i puuunooo odličnih stvari drugih dizajnera.

AMARADI BAGS 

Mala crna clutch.. Ne, nije samo crna.. Tu su mekani pliš s raskošnim uzorkom, reljefni brokati, čipkasti metalni ukrasi u boji mjedi, satenske crne vrpce.. Mislim da sam postigla željeno, a to je bilo napraviti torbu jednostavnu u konstrukciji, a atraktivnu u tkanini i detalju. Željela sam da bude elegantna i zanimljiva za večernji izlazak, kino, kazalište i poneki poslovni sastanak. Isto tako sam željela da tu torbicu možete lako iskombinirati uz svoje najdraže traperice, čizme i toplu vunenu vestu, i krenuti s njom u jesensku šetnju gradom. Paralelno radim na novom dizajnu stranice i još nekim drugim projektima, tako da ove torbe možete očekivati u shopu uskoro.. toplo se nadam već od sutra. Uživajte u ostatku večeri!

They are here.. Amaradi evening bags! I wanted to make a bag in simple, elegant shape, but with attractive detail. I chose good quality materials and played with them. Still working on others, of course, but these I´ll  add to the shop tomorrow.. Enjoy your Sunday evening!

Uobičajen tempo ovih dana - radno, radno .. Cilj je stići što više toga izvući iz sve kraćih jesenskih dana.. Pri kraju izrade je linija novih modela toplih torbica "grijalica". Volim ih tako zvati jer su mi sve te čupave, mucaste, vunene tkanine jako tople na dodir i sigurna sam da će vam zagrijati prstiće, ako u neko hladno zimsko jutro zaboravite svoje rukavice. Bit će puno kvalitetnih vunenih tkanina, zanimljivih talijanskih brokata, baršuna i atraktivnog eko krzna. Vidjet ćete!

 

Working a lot these days.. I just want to finish the new line of warm winter clutches. New line is full of nice wool fabrics, gorgeous brocades and soft velvets. This autumn we have great weather here in Zagreb. It is still very warm and sunny, but the days are becoming shorter and in the evenings I just want to stop working and lie down on my sofa with nice cup of tea and magazine and my guy beside myself.

 Dok čekate na nove modele, evo nekoliko fotki još uvijek raspoloživih torbi koje sam posljednjih dana dodala u  shop i shop. Napuštaju nas dosta brzo, što me čini jako sretnom i daje mi inspiraciju za nove projekte. Hvala vam cure i dečki koji za sebe i svoje odabirete Amaradi proizvode. It means a lot!

WHILE PHOTOGRAPHING PRODUCTS..

Ovaj tjedan su u ponudi Woo Hoo shopa bile AMARADI vješalice, a u idućih 7 dana, tamo ćete moći pronaći AMARADI drvene slike. To je proizvod s kojim smo na tržištu već 6 godina. Izmijenjali su se do sada mnogi motivi i oblici, naši su ih kupci birali za svoj dom ili kao poklone. Izabrala sam za shop nekoliko slatkih kombinacija. Osobno, mislim da ih je bolje na zidu slagati u većem broju, ćak pomiješati s ponekim vintage okvirom ili zanimljivom vješalicom. Kao i ostale proizvode do sada, naši internet kupci moći će si ove drvene slike nabaviti po našoj proizvođačkoj cijeni. Uopće nije loše shopingirati od kuće! ;) Zar ne?

Iako imam milion fotografija, poželjela sam danas napraviti još koju za ovu ponudu idućeg tjedna.. i kao što vidite nije mi baš bilo lako. Moj dragi, inače prepun ljubavi za sve životinje, prije nekih mjesec dana spasio je od sigurne smrti hrpu malih mačića. Imaju dosta mjesta na velikom dvorištu, ali kad se hvata dnevno svijetlo za fotkanje i stavi podloga, oni su svi tu! Povlače tkaninu, penju se, upadaju u fotku, poziraju.. sve u svemu morala sam biti brza. Vidjet ćete sutra na Woo Hoo kako su mi fotke uspjele.. Uživajte ekipa!

Today I tried to make some photos for Woo Hoo shop´s next week offer. As you can see our little cats tried everything to be into picture.. My guy, great animals lover, saved their life a month ago. Thank God we have yard big enough for them to have their place. They are still very small and sweet. You can just watch them playing and feel the everyday stress is leaving you..
